Disney Caribbean Beach Dec 2024 - Day 4

Last day =(

I had to pack up. =(

Actually, I felt like this was a perfect amount of time so it was sad but I was good with it. I packed up and brought my luggage over the main lobby and bus pickup area. Which is a long walk! Lol. Especially since I was going to Epcot, so then I had to walk all the way back to get on the Skyliner. But I stopped at Riviera for some food first. I got the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes and some fruit. SO freakin good. And I also ate them with my fingers because I forgot silverware. Again. Lol. Seems to be my curse to forget silverware and en up somewhere without. Oh well. I like to eat with my fingers anyways. The original plan was to do the cookie walk, but that went out the door. I did have Guardians of the Galaxy scheulded and wanted to walk around Boardwalk/Yacht Club/Beach Club. So that's what I did. I did a little shopping. (To which I got nothing again.) And I was really sad they didn't have Mary Poppins ears anymore. And I didn't find Jessie, Anna, Tangled, even Cruella I don't think I found. Such a bummer. (Though I totally ordered Anna and Tangled when I got home. To no one's surprise.) I DID finally watch Canada 360 and...China 360 beats it by far.

Bye bye Caribbean Beach room. But first, fit check: Shirt is Amazon. Skirt is Amazon. Light pink crocs and Disney ears.
Last trip on the Skyliner to a park =(
Yay! Skyliner selfie!!
At the Epcot Christmas tree because I didn't get to see it the other day.
Time for Guardians!

I rode Guardians and stayed to the left and didn't become a claustrophic sheep. Baaaa. IYKYK. It was fabulous as always. It always surprises me how many G's you pull on that ride. And how smooth. SO good. Then I went around the world and stopped at a few of the holiday stories. I loved the China pavilion and the music there. I could have stayed longer but I was hungry and was going to grab something to eat at Yacht Club. I listened for a bit and then continued on. Then it was off to the hotel loop. (Is there a name for this?) I've actually never been around these hotels so this was pretty cool. Especially stopping to see the gingerbread carousel at Beach Club, how cool stormalong bay looks, and then the gingerbread house at Boardwalk. It's funny because I totally called how much I would like Boardwalk. I LOVE a good Boardwalk. And I snuck back to see the pool and it's so cute. So it stays on my "hotels I want to stay at list". I didn't really do anything on the Boardwalk except just see it so I'll do that some other time. And cake for my birthday! After, I headed back to Caribbean Beach via the Skyliner! Wooo! Last trip =( I did grab a couple pins because I love the idea of pin trading (which I totally just discovered). So I got an Up one and a Caribbean Beach one. And that was it. I picked up my luggage, waited for the bus, and headed to the airport. My flight was at 6 with a layover in Chicago, so I got back about 10:30pm. Long day. But I took the morning off after so I could get sleep and groceries. Overall AWESOME trip and I can't believe I have to wait 4 months to go back. So Sad. I will 100% stay at Caribbean Beach again. Maybe not this next year, because I have so many hotels I want to stay at, but in the future.

Chinese pavilion music
Boardwalk across the way
The gingerbread carousel at Beach Club. SO cool.
Yacht Club. I got a ham and cheese pretzel sandwhich which was quite good. Still like Riviera better lol
Selfie on the boardwalk
Gingerbread house at Boardwalk
In the window of the gingerbread house. The detail was SO incredible on this one.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Tutorial

Pigs are flying! I finally used my Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette! Alright, so I only used two shades, but that's way better than I've done over the past 4 months. (Has it really been that long?) This look is super simple and really pretty for the spring. It's just a fresh, bright rosy look. Hope you enjoy! Step 1: Start with a base or primer. I uesd a Sigma Eyeshadow Base in Provoke which is just a nude base color. Then apply Burnout over all but the very outer corner of your upper lid. Step 2: Apply Buzz in the outer corner. Step 3: Line your top lash line with a dark brown to create a softer look. I used Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Damsel. Step 4: Line your waterline and inner corner in white. I used Rimmel London Soft Kohl Eye Liner Pencil in 07 Pure White. Step 5: Curl your lashes and apply mascara. I used a combination of L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black and L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black. Face: It Cosmetics ...

L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara

Let's talk mascara. I am in love with the L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara. I also love the Voluminous Carbon Black mascara, but it's a little difficult to work with, which prompted me to pick up the Telescopic mascara in the Carbon Black line. The Carbon Black line is exactly what it sounds like - meant to be a super black mascara, more than usual. The telescopic does not disappoint in this. I think it's even blacker than the Voluminous. To compare these two, the Voluminous is a volumizing more dry formula with a dense bristle wand, while the Telescopic is a lengthening, wet formula with a plastic applicator. (They do have a Telescopic mascara that isn't Carbon Black if you find the Carbon Black mascaras too black, like if you have lighter eye lashes.) Hopefully you can see from the above photo that this wand is a little different. It's a plastic applicator that has four sides. On each of the corners, it has the little spikes that a normal wand ...

Well hello...

Oh I am SO hijacking this blog. Can you hijack your own blog? Don't know but I'm doing it! I love seeing how much I've changed. I love seeing how much I loved this. And so I'm here again. I miss writing. I miss the images, photos, creating. I miss it all. I don't even care that I'm pretty sure no one ever saw, no one still will probably ever see. It's for me. And that's enough. So here I am. How many years later? I'm a bit of a different person. In a bit of a different season. It's a hard season to be honest. I floated through life until the last few years. And I can't even blame covid. I ran from one thing to another, lots good! Some not so great, but I didn't know I was running. Now I do. And now...it sucks. Because as much as I'm grateful to know and understand. It feels like it has a hold of me. And I am so completely stuck. I have been for a while now. Well over a year. And I hate it. No idea where I will go from here. Somepl...
